ADR and ADS hydraulic brakes are just as fast as they can be. These press brakes make it the best machine in the world, with repeatability and accuracy to match. Our JMT line of press brakes has the same concept as all other JMT presses. These machines have large strokes, high openings or deep throats that allow operators to make more complicated parts. You will have more parts in your bin by the end the shift thanks to a faster setup and more operator friendly controls.

Our top-end precision press brakes offer a wide range of features, including better controls, more parts production, larger daylight openings, and greater work areas. The features include an AC servo motor-driven, stable back gauge system with long ram guides that are mounted on the outside of the frame. These guides provide stability and allow for full length between frames to allow for acute angle bending.

Standard Industrial offers a range of CNC gauging, including a simple, single-line display, user-friendly controls and state-of-the-art 2D and 3-D modeling. The bed can be punched in one or more areas. To minimize shock to the hydraulic system, every Standard Industrial press brake includes a counter balance valve.

Standard Industrial provides on-site labor during the first five years after all telephone troubleshooting efforts have been exhausted. The warranty is calculated on the basis of three shifts per hour and 24 hours. The optional 7-year extended warranty extends your parts warranty by 2 years for any machine.

Standard currently manufactures the most extensive range of hydraulic brakes. Our ADR5 axis hydraulic press brake series includes 20 models. It ranges from small pressbrakes that measure 4 feet in length to large pressbrakes up to 20-foot in length. We also offer 7 different tonnages from 66 to440 tons. ADS series with more advanced features is available with upto 14 CNC-axis. 32 models are available with metal bending lengths ranging from 6 foot 8 inches to 26 foot 5 inch. Our ADS Series machines are high-end precision metal benders with powerful capacities up to 3.300 tons. These two most popular series of press brakes are also offered by us. We also offer the PBF range for those who require a more basic press brake. There is also the AD Servo brakes which feature a combination of hydraulic and ball screw configurations for quiet operation and energy-efficiency. Standard has also introduced the FBS series of press brakes. This stands for the flexible bending solutions. FBS series brakes for high tonnage are made to order according to customer specifications. You can have tandem, trio or even triple press brakes. Also, you have the option to use material automation and handling tools of any description.

These heavy-duty material assistance are controlled by a CNC controller. The ram movement will cause the heavy-duty material to rise and fall. The circular arc of arms follows the part being made and is both portable and precise. This system will not only provide assistance to your operator, but will also increase the quality of your bend.
